The Woodside Consultancy is a building contractor and project management company approved by the NHBC and is also a member of the Federation of Small Businesses.

The company is owned and run by Mark Rumbelow, ACIOB an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building who has worked in the industry for over 35 years.

He has spent time in site management for an international contractor, building surveying for a local authority & since 1984, running, owning & managing a construction company.

In 2002 he moved away from the larger scale commercial work he had become involved with & started to concentrate on offering a professional individual service to the domestic market although he does still carry out some commercial projects.

He can offer traditional tenders for work or project management or an 'open book' arrangement for a fixed fee.

Approx 25 % of the workload of The Woodside Consultancy is project management with most business generated through recommendation, referral & repeat business. Testimonials can be supplied on request..
